Level:
Cook the fillets of chicken for 10 minutes
without grilling them.
Slice the avocado thinly and cover with lemon juice to avoid blackening.
Chop the onions into thin rings.
Cup the fillets into thin strips.
Peel the mandarin oranges and divide into segments.
Make a dressing with oil, raspberry vinegar, salt and pepper.
Place the avocado, chicken, onion and mandarin oranges on each plate.
Cover with dressing and sprinkle with paprika.
Serve chilled.
